A lifestyle is a way of living, so staying fit and fabulous as an adult can be challenging. Working long hours at the office, attending meetings over coffee, and eating out frequently, are just some factors that can make it challenging to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Working adults have limited time to exercise and prepare home-cooked meals. The hectic routine often leaves them with little or no time for personal grooming and other self-maintenance activities. Here are some tips on staying fit and fabulous at work, home, and everywhere in between!

1) Jump-start your day with a workout
I am not a morning person. I have never been. I hit snooze at least three times before I get out of bed. Once I’m out of bed, I move like a snail. I’m grumpy, and I don’t want to talk to anyone. All I want to do is go back to sleep. But, if I exercise in the morning, everything changes. I get a boost of energy. It’s like my body knows that it needs to wake up and be productive even if I don’t want to be.
Exercising in the morning has become my favorite part of the day. I feel like I can conquer the world. And it helps to get my day going. I’m more likely to be productive and get things done. It’s amazing…
