Creating healthy habits is hard. You want to adopt the new lifestyle that will make you healthier, stronger, and happier, but this new change doesn’t seem to stick.

When you’re tired, hungry, or stressed, it can be extra hard to stick to a healthy routine.

Trust me, I’ve been there. And I’m here to tell you that you don’t need a list of 101 tips to make good habits stick (because what would be the fun in that).

So today, I’ve boiled down these techniques into seven tips that will make your brand new habit stick.
