Many of us feel too overwhelmed by life to exercise. We’re constantly busy with work, family, or other responsibilities, which leaves us little time to exercise.

It’s an unfortunate reality that many of us know all too well. We understand the importance of staying healthy, but our busy lives tend to get in the way.

But here’s the good news there are small changes you can make that will allow you to exercise even if your schedule doesn’t give you much room.

1. Your mindset can change your life

I’m sure you’ve all been there before… You wake up in the morning feeling exhausted from the night before. You have a million things to do today and working out is the last thing on your mind.

But, you know you need to do it. You know you’ll never get ahead if you don’t make time for yourself.

So, how do you fit in a workout when you have no time? The first thing you need to do is change your mindset.

If you’re like most people, you’re always short on time. There never seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done, let alone find time to work out.
